Spaniard Gerard Pique is 35 years old, and some suggest this could be his last season at the Catalan club. However, Bonanova's central defender is in excellent physical condition and is one of the most consistent players on the team.
Pique has a contract with the Catalan club that expires in June 2024.
The newspaper "Sport" that Pique is receiving good care and that he is in a very good level and that the decision to retire is not on his mind at the moment.
The Spanish newspaper also confirmed that it appears that he will play two more seasons. If the team has good dynamism and fun, there is no doubt that he will be in Barcelona this season and at least for a new one.
And his commitments outside of football haven't left him out of the game either, that shows.
