Chelsea goalkeeper Eduardo Mendy showed impressive levels in Sunday's game against Liverpool in the Carabao Cup final.
Mendy contributed to Chelsea's goal in yesterday's match, the penalty shootout went to penalty shootouts and Chelsea eventually lost.
Former English footballers Jamie Carragher and Jimmy Floyd Hasselbeink praised Mendy's level in yesterday's game and the Senegalese footballer's two-step response to Sadio Mane's ball and save.
"We are talking about two big chances for Chelsea to score but this is the biggest opportunity," Carragher said at the outset. "It's really a good first stop to get the goalkeeper in as fast as you can," Carragher said initially
