The absence of the Brazilian Danilo, the Juventus back, was confirmed for the team's next match against Torino in the derby, after he received a yellow card during his team's match against Atalanta, which is being held at the Joeys Stadium in Bergamo, in the twenty-fifth round of the Italian League competitions.
Danilo got a yellow card in the 38th minute of the match after a strong intervention on Jeremy Boga.
Because of the accumulation of cards, Danilo will miss the derby against Torino next Friday at the Allianz Stadium, and his absence will constitute a severe blow to Massimiliano Allegri, who relies heavily on him on the defensive right side.
It is noteworthy that Juventus is ranked fourth in the Italian league standings, two points behind Atlanta, fifth.
